Smoked Beef Brisket

A traditional holiday smoked brisket is an ever festive way to celebrate the holidays.  Our melt-in-your-mouth Smoked Beef Brisket is trimmed by hand, marinated and seasoned, and then smoked slowly over real hickory. (Now you know our secret to real Texas Barbecue.) We leave it unsliced so you can carve it to your liking.
