1. Best Smoked Turkey EVER

   This is hands down the best smoked turkey that my family has had and we've gone through numerous "gourmet" brands. It's not a salt lick, like most other smoked turkeys and it's subtle on the pepper, but enough to add to the flavor profile. Also, unlike most smoked turkeys, this one doesn't have that dried out, de-hydrated texture and flavor. I highly recommend this turkey! Courtney T. on 11.26.21

2. A New Family Tradition

   First year trying the peppered turkey. It was a hit! We will be adding the peppered turkey (in addition to the smoked ham) to our holiday celebrations. It was nice having a peppered and non-peppered entree. Makes wonderful sandwiches after the holiday! Nancy Grice on 12.29.17

3. Hickory Smoked and Peppered Turkey

   Just before Thanksgiving, my wife was under the weather. Coincidentally, I received an email from Ham I Am. This prompted me to order the whole Hickory Smoked and Peppered Turkey. All we can say is OMG!!! The turkey was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed it so much, we're already thinking of next year, as we enjoy this as a new holiday tradition. You will not be disappointed!
