If you are not satisfied with your order, please give us a call and we'll do everything we can to make you happy. We make every effort to deliver your order complete and on time to the address provided, should we fail you in any way we will correct the error or credit you immediately.
Policy on Late Deliveries due to Carrier Delay/Error:
We will do everything in our ability to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, we cannot be held responsible for "Acts of God", Carrier error/delays (at the fault of FEDEX/UPS, not Ham I Am), or incorrect addresses.
During peak times of the year Fedex and UPS rescind their "Delivery Guarantees" preventing us from filing claims for reimbursement on late deliveries. If they do not guarantee delivery, it is impossible for us to guarantee it will arrive on time to you. After your package leaves our doors it is out of our hands; in the event that there is an issue with your order, and we are unable to reship for delivery in time, we can issue you a store credit for use on your next order, but we cannot refund your order.
