This award-winning, Thanksgiving Ham is de-boned ham—featuring streams of pepper running through it—is wonderful for meat and sandwich trays, and buffets celebrating the holidays. Our family recipe calls for rolling the ham in brown sugar and fresh cracked black peppercorns, and then we hang it in the smokehouse for 22 hours over real hickory.
Whole Boneless Ham (8-10 lbs), serves 20-25.
Half Boneless ham (4-5 lbs), serves 10–12.
Fully cooked; enjoy warmed or at room temperature.
This ham is not sliced; image pictured depicts ham that has been sliced for photography/marketing purposes. However, we find the our boneless hams to be very easy to carve. We suggest starting by cutting the ham in half, placing cut-side down, and making slices however thick-or thin- you prefer. You can't screw it up!
Whole ham pictured, if a half is ordered, you will receive "half" of the round ham in the image.
