Amazing turkey!
For years my family would rotate through the usual smokehouse turkeys and every year they’d fail to be worth the price, time spent heating and then eating. I stumbled upon Ham I Am’s Chardonnay Herb Smoked Turkey several years ago and have never looked back. Unlike other smoked turkeys, the Chardonnay Herb isn’t a salt lick and doesn’t have a cloyingly smoky flavor - it’s simply a subtle hint of herbs and a very delicate presence of the hickory smokiness. 5-star turkey, hands down.

This was my third order of the Chardonnay herb turkey. The order arrived a day earlier than expected but it was shipped securely and still frozen. I followed the prep instructions and the turkey was perfect and the hit of the dinner. The Chardonnay turkey has become a thanksgiving tradition. Unknown on 11.27.18

Christmas bird
Good turkey overall, would have like it cooked more. Spent more than 2 hours of bird in the oven. Tasted very good. Dorris Tyson on 01.02.15
