Red Cabbage and Green Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 Granny Smith apples coarse grated

Instructions:

In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard,sugar,and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cabbage and apple to the dressing and toss the coleslaw until it is combined well.

Serves 4.
