- 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 Granny Smith apples coarse grated
In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, mustard,sugar,and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cabbage and apple to the dressing and toss the coleslaw until it is combined well.
