- 1/2 Cup Honey Mustard
- 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 8 oz Smoked Bacon
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Seperate bacon slices. Place the brown sugar in a shallow bowl. Spread one side of each bacon slice with a thin layer of honey mustard. Dip both sides of each bacon slice in the brown sugar to coat thoroughly.
3. Place bacon on a rack over a pan to catch the drippings. ( If smaller hors d'oeuvres are desired, cut the slices into halves or thirds.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Finish browning under the broiler.
5. Serve at room tempertaure. 6 to 8 servings
