This award-winning, Thanksgiving Ham is de-boned ham—featuring streams of pepper running through it—is wonderful for meat and sandwich trays, and buffets celebrating the holidays. Our family recipe calls for rolling the ham in brown sugar and fresh cracked black peppercorns, and then we hang it in the smokehouse for 22 hours over real hickory.
- Whole Boneless Ham (8-10 lbs), serves 20-25.
- Half Boneless ham (4-5 lbs), serves 10–12.
Fully cooked; enjoy warmed or at room temperature.
This ham is not sliced; image pictured depicts ham that has been sliced for photography/marketing purposes. However, we find the our boneless hams to be very easy to carve. We suggest starting by cutting the ham in half, placing cut-side down, and making slices however thick-or thin- you prefer. You can't screw it up!
Whole ham pictured, if a half is ordered, you will receive "half" of the round ham in the image.
Be sure to order a jar of Hogwash with your ham for the most delicious leftovers.

Best Ham Ever!

Best ham ever! I'm a many times repeat customer!
I love Ham I Am. The pepper smoked ham is incredible and I always get one when I'm having a large number of guests. Of course I always get the Hogwash too! I also love their smoked turkey breasts. The only thing I don't like about Ham I Am is that most companies give you a break on shipping costs if you buy multiple items. This company doesn't. Since I was only purchasing a half, boneless ham and one jar of Hogwash this time, I thought I'd also get a half, boneless turkey breast and some bacon. But when I saw there would be no break on the shipping charges, I deleted the turkey and the bacon. When I got the box and opened it, it made me sad to see that there was plenty of room for additional items. I could understand a higher charge for the extra weight, but not the same charge as if it was the only item I was ordering. Unknown on 11.02.14

Best Ham Lately
The ham was fresh, juicy and tender. What more can I say. Customer service was just as good, after placing a last minute order, I had to change the shipping address. They were prompt, courtesious and called back to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recomend Ham I Am. Eugene Sanders on 11.02.14
