Testimonials The letter below came from one of our favorite customers: Sharon, For the 5th straight year your "Pepper Ham" was the talk of my Christmas Party!! I can't help but relay two stories about your hams. Two Christmas' ago my brother and his son took some of my ham home and tried to hide it from their wives. However, after several 2:00 AM refrigerator raids the ladies found it!! Thinking they had "hidden the ham" and would have it for breakfast, my brother and nephew awoke early the next day and went to the kitchen...at 7:00 AM my phone rang asking did I have anymore ham!! By the way, my brother, W. Walker, Richardson, TX, should be calling you today or tomorrow to order one your hams. Plus, 2 years ago, for Easter, I mailed my Brother's sister in law in Amarillo, TX one of your pepper hams. However, I made the mistake of telling his family that I sent the ham. Well guess what? On Easter Sunday, as everyone sat down to eat, my Brother had bought a small turkey, because everyone was looking forward to this great tasting ham. But...there was no ham on the table. Everyone asked where was THE HAM!!? Esther, my brother's sister in law, said "there was no ham!!" So, everyone just cut their eyes at each other and tried to make do on the small turkey. It seems that Esther didn't want to share her "pepper ham!" So, not only do your hams make the party special, they also can cause "family discord and deceit." This is one great ham!!!
