Most of our products are shipped UPS two-day delivery. A few of our products must be shipped overnight, and some items may be shipped Ground/Three-day delivery depending on what is ordered and where it is shipping to. Regular shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. All of our products are perishable, and cannot be out of refrigeration for an extended period of time, so we cannot ship our products over the weekend. During the holidays, all orders must be placed by 10:00 am for same day shipping. All other times, orders must be placed by 12:00 noon for same-day shipping. All orders for Tamales must be shipped overnight delivery, and shipping charges are normally about $50.00 to ship one dozen tamales. Some of our products, such as hams and turkeys, are shipped from two separate locations. This results in two separate shipping charges that may be reflected as one when you put your order in. Remember, we do not make any money on shipping, we charge you what UPS charges us. Shipping charges are not always calculated correctly on the internet, they are only estimates, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges after the order is placed in the event that it is not calculated properly. If you think there may be an error, give us a call, we'd be happy to give you a quote. Ham I Am is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In the event that a package is undeliverable due to a bad address, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with reshipping, including, but not limited to the cost of the product and shipping charges for the replacement order. |
