Prepared in the same manner as time honored duck confit, slow simmered seasoned duck - cooked slowly in it's own fat. WE are talking tender, luscious and moist... Add it to your own cassoulet or throw it on the grill. Great as an hor's d'oeuvre and wonderful on your holiday buffet table.
