This award winner is a very tasty condiment created to go especially with our hams. Made with horseradish, brown sugar, lemon juice and a few secret ingredients we had lying around, Hogwash is great served along side our ham, mixed with a little mayo on a ham sandwich or poured on a ham as a glaze when reheating. Add a little soy sauce and you have a killer dip to use with spring rolls.
