A Holiday Tradition
A Hickory Smoked and Peppered Ham from Ham I Am has been a part of each of our holiday meals for years, whether it is Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter or Fourth of July. It is always a big hit with our family. Now as grandparents we often find ourselves traveling around to our grown children's homes for holidays, but the ham and Hog Wash are ordered ahead of time and shipped to wherever we go. Only once did the ham get shipped to our home in Florida rather than our destination, but Megan over-nighted a duplication of our order and it arrived in Colorado on Christmas Eve just in time for our big meal. A must product for a weekend Smoking Party
The best ham I ever ate. I double smoked in my WSM with hickory for 6 hours, and it was to die for. I am comparing to Tennessee Cold Water Farms and Virginia Smithfield hams. The ham did not need to be re-smoked, but I did it because I heard the Ozark-Trails hams were the best in the country and I wanted to start with the best base for my weekend smoking project.Ray Brodie Sr.

Worth every penny that shipping cost me for this ham
I ordered the ham and it arrived quickly on my doorstep. I put it in my refrigerator for 2 days then pulled it out the morning of Christmas so that it could be served at the right temperature as the enclosed direction stated. This was the most stress free Christmas that I can remember, instead of worrying about overcooking my ham and constantly checking the temperature I was able to enjoy the morning with our family. Our guests commented several times about this tender and delicious ham.

This is the perfect ham.......great for parties and great for family dining. The pepper coating gives you a great taste and allows you to use the bone for soups without the sweet taste that most soups do not need. Did I mention sandwiches?!
