A rule of thumb for appetizers is three pieces per person, per hour. A two-hour party with 20 guest calls for 120 appetizers. Serve small, easy-to-handle appetizers such as marinated olives, bruschetta and our delicious Pastry Kisses for easy-to-eat finger foods.
